Consumer rights
We would like to inform you that according to the Law on Consumer Protection ("Official Gazette of RS", No. 62/2014 and 6/2016 - other law), purchases through our website www.keeptank.rs are considered distance selling.
Along with the delivered goods, the merchant is obliged to provide the consumer with an invoice, a form for withdrawing from the contract and a pre-contractual notice, then a warranty card if a warranty has been agreed, as well as instructions for use and installation in Serbian if it is a delivery of technical goods. (Art. 12, 31, 47 and 54 of the Law);The Law on Distance Selling establishes the right of a buyer, who is considered a consumer (a natural person who buys a product to meet his individual needs and not to perform professional activities), to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the product is delivered to the state, ie to the state of the person designated by the buyer, and not the carrier.

It is important to know that in this case you are obliged to bear the cost of returning the goods.
The product you are returning must be in the original packaging and without visible traces of use with all the accompanying documentation. Contact our support service for information on the address to which you should return the item. It is your responsibility to return it within 14 days of the date you submit the completed form to us or otherwise notify us that you cancel the purchase. You are responsible for any impairment of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods in an inadequate manner.
We will refund the amount paid to you no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the completed form or other form of notification. We may defer payment of the amount until we receive the goods you return to us or until you send us proof that you have sent the goods back to us. The expected refund period is in this case 3 to 7 working days from the moment of receipt of the product.
Refund depends on payment method:
- if the order is paid by payment card, the refund will be made by refund to the card;
- if the order is paid in any other way (cash on delivery, e-banking, payment slip) the funds will be paid exclusively to the current account of the customer, so it is necessary to provide us with the current account number by e-mail to smoothly refund .
